Therapy Sessions

50-minute therapy session (Includes ART sessions)

80-minute therapy session (required for first couples session)

Group therapy session (per participant, per session)

The first couples session is 80 minutes to allow for a more thorough understanding of your relationship, history, and goals. This extended time helps us build a strong foundation so the work that follows can be more focused and effective.

Any client may elect to schedule an 80-minute session. Typically, sessions are 50 minutes.

I occasionally run group sessions. For example, if my waitlist is full, I may offer an educational group for couples.
